Paulina Prokop

A Senior Front-end Developer & Tech Lead whose route into development ran through quality assurance - over three years in test automation that gave her a sharp eye for detail and strong QA-to-dev communication. She now leads on the technical side while building with React, Next.js, and Node.js, and never stops learning. Paulina taught React and Next.js at Merixstudio's DevCollege, mentored women entering tech through girls.js and ng.js, and wrote articles on frontend topics from CSS Grid to Vue.js. When she's not coding, Paulina lifts weights, learns languages, and travels.
