Mateusz Tylman

A Senior Mobile Developer at Merixstudio with 11+ years in mobile —-first in native iOS (Swift, Objective-C), now in Flutter and Dart. He currently works on a large-scale road-infrastructure inspection platform, where his focus is offline-first data sync at scale, background upload queues that survive bad connectivity, and map-heavy rendering with Mapbox. Over his years at Merixstudio he has led mobile teams across fintech, e-commerce, mobility, and IoT. He has used AI coding tools since the earliest days of GitHub Copilot and now orchestrates coding agents daily - well beyond mobile, into backend, tooling, and analysis. A Mechatronics Engineering graduate of Wrocław University of Technology and a two-time hackathon winner (WAWCODE, Braincode), he also builds Waltermelon with a friend, covering everything from mobile, backend, and web to marketing and growth. In his spare time he wrenches on sports cars - the mechatronics degree still earning its keep.
