  Since the last few months our departments have official Team Leaders. To make their work (and therefore the work of the whole team) as efficient as possible, they are attending workshops with Mikołaj, during which they are learning how to communicate effectively and how to avoid common mistakes. I don’t know how wonky drawings help in that, but they apparently do - our TLs are doing a bangin job! Check out Anita’s article if you want to know more what they are up to during those meetings.
• We have a health coach (sort of)
• Jadzia is our motivation to be healthy - she has a gigantic ball instead of a chair, eats fruits (which are free in our office!) instead of sweets and drinks yerba instead of coffee or soda. You go girl! #fit #healthy #healthyoffice #softwarehouse #poznan

  If you read our summaries, then you know Jadzia - the biggest ray of sunshine in Merixstudio. Jadzia, who knows a lot about current trends, right now is taken over the role of official #fitspo of our office. She eats fruits, ditched coffee for yerba and now used a ball instead of chair. The last one might’ve been only temporary (I’m not saying the ball was borrowed from our Kopanito team;)), but she still manages to inspire us to not treat our bodies like rubbish bins.

  Bit of health pep-talk and oh, what a surprise, Merixstudio organizes Pizza Day. I was foolishly afraid that people are fed up with this party, but come on, what was I thinking? It’s pizza, nobody is fed up with eating pizza and drinking beer (especially right after work)! Jadzia might be doing a great job when it comes to teaching us how to stay healthy, but she is powerless when it comes to this celebration of Italian cuisine.

  This month, due to a lot of vacation days, we unfortunately had a dog-free office. However, we must’ve been complaining really loudly about it, because we were visited by some of the most unusual pet. Our new friend visited the balcony of Sales Team few times during that day and was not scared when we were standing almost next to him (or her, we forgot to ask). This little dude/dudette turned out to be quite nice, but unfortunately that was not enough to pass our recruitment process.   A lot of you have probably seen Parent Trap, a movie with (then) lovely Lindsay Lohan. We might have a case of double trouble of our own - GoDealla recently hired Marta, who suspiciously looks just like Jadzia! Girls are using their similarities to mess with our food delivery guy, who doesn’t know whether we hired Jadzia’s sister or not. Officially they have no family ties, but I wouldn’t believe them so quickly if I were you...

  Maciek must’ve got really close with our new petpal- as you can see, he was waiting for him days after the visit. Or he just got tired during work and wanted to stretch his legs and not stare at his computer for a few minutes. The third option is that he listened to Lana Del Rey and got lost in his thought (but i sincerely doubt that - he doesn't have a flower crown, which usually is a dead giveaway of her fans). I'm not sure, I only know that I was able to snap a cool picture. ;)

  Another double-trouble alert! Just like in another great film with Lindsay Lohan, Mean Girls, Maciek and Krzysiek came to work wearing theme-coordinated clothes! But don’t worry, you can sit with them even when you are wearing sweatpants. It is fairly obvious that their Spiderman and Venom t-shirts were a clear winners of our #GeekSrithFriday this month. Friends who shop on Ali-express together, stay together!

  The whole world went bananas with Pokemon Go. Some people love the effect it has on people - there are stories all over the internet that people are interacting with each other over the game, it also proves to be helpful when it comes to socializing special-need kids or taking care of dogs from shelters. As you can see, a lot of really great stuff is happening because people are walking around the city while trying to catch something other that Ratata. ;) But, on the other hand, some people have their eyes glued to the screens, what results in falling into ponds or being hit by a car. In Merixstudio we are also divided into lovers and haters of Pokemon Go. Luckily, during work hours we are really focused on our job, so the only time we have for Pokemon hunt is during the lunch break. Up until now nobody has fallen down the stair or was sacked for failing to focus on their tasks, but we will see what the future brings. ;)

• After all those pizza days 🍕 we had to do the only right thing and got a #multisport! Now there are no excuses about the gym memberships being too expensive! #sportyoffice #office #plantwear #happyoffice #softwarehouse #poznan

  I don't know whether it's because of Jadzia's inspiration or someone feeling guilty after eating too much pizza, but we finally got a Multisport cards for our employees! Oh happy day! Right now we can balance sitting behind desks all day with a healthy dose of running, swimming and weightlifting. Just wait - soon we will all look like Victoria's Angels and those guys from Abercrombie & Fitch CommercialS (we will only need a bit of Photoshop, that's all).

That's all for this month guys, I have to say that this summary was filled with the dumbest jokes so far. :) But don't be scared that I will draw some conclusions - next month I will try even harder to describe our office life as stupidly as possible. See you next month!
