We’ve built an application that helps to carry out a majority of guarantee and post-guarantee repairs coming from clients via the web shop. During the process, it’s possible to arrange a carrier to pick up a product at no extra costs. On the top of that, the user has a view on past reports together with its statuses and ability to communicate Emlark’s representatives via the built-in messaging system.
There is also printable PDF module built in to facilitate overall process. Emlark, as administrators, has powerful sorting and filtering mechanisms built within admin dashboard. Service representatives are able to quote individual clients, add comments and work with statuses.
Finally, the application has been enriched with robust search mechanism (product serial id full search) and advanced contact form as well as “review an app” form.
