what you'll do

You’ll be tasked with qualifying potential clients, discovering their needs, analysing software requirements, closing deals and building strong relationships with stakeholders from different companies including well funded start-ups (also Y-combinator alumni), scale ups as well as large recognised organisations. By asking the right scoping questions and collaborating with experienced analysts and delivery teams, you'll be able to suggest the best solutions for development and craft a way for winning the deal! Upon your preference, you’ll have an opportunity to have an impact on our sales processes, participate in internal projects, knowledge sharing sessions and many others.

who you are

  • you have at least 3-years experience in working with an English-speaking client in the interactive/software/IT industry
  • you have at least 3-years experience in B2B software sales
  • as much as closing deals, you enjoy analysing project/business requirements
  • you can independently identify risks and come up with recommendations based on consultative-based selling 
  • you have highly-developed negotiation skills and you feel comfortable negotiating  both with clients and in-house teams
  • you understand and freely talk about software development processes & technologies  (Agile/Scrum, Python, React etc.)
  • you can ask the right scoping questions and have analytical skills (experience in conducting scoping sessions for software projects is a plus)
  • you easily establish and maintain business relationships
  • you have a keen interest in start-ups/IT
  • your experience in IT project management will be an asset
