what you'll do
As our new Business Development Specialist you will be part of our Sales team that’s focused on building awareness of Merixstudio among companies belonging to our ICP, partners and industry communities. Your main responsibility will include proactively look for sales and partnership opportunities around the globe - within product-led companies (startups and scaleups, SMBs), tech advisors, consulting agencies, independent tech experts, venture capitalists, or startup hubs.
You will build and manage Merixstudio’s relationships with key prospects & partners and (co)execute activities intersecting sales and business growth departments. In addition to that, you will also identify top strategic opportunities for Merixstudio in high-profile events and conferences to amplify our brand from a business perspective.
Among the things you will take care of is also highly customized and targeted multichannel outreach, using a very modern tool stack. Importantly, you will have both influence and a certain degree of freedom in terms of communication style and the final execution.
Part of the journey will also be taking ownership of internal initiatives (inc marketing and content-related, i.e. promotional or educational videos) and projects aiming at improving our operations and efficiency. There is definitely a room (need) for well-thought out, measurable tests and experiments.
