what you'll do

As a Resource Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for people allocation to the projects, matching their availability, skills, and experience with project-specific requirements. On a daily basis, you will communicate with people from Business Development, Engineering and Delivery departments to make sure that project teams are built in the most optimal way.

who you are

at least 1 year on a similar position or 2 years as a Project Manager/HR Specialist in IT industry
very good communication and negotiation skills -
analytical mind - team player able to find compromises and optimal solutions -
ability to make decisions taking to account different angles and perspectives -
a can-do attitude focused on finding solutions -
good understanding of technology stack used in the company

practical experience in using Float or other PPM/RM tool
experience with data science and analysis
