People Lead

As a People Lead, you’ll become a part of the Merixstudio People & Culture Team. You will work closely with about 15 technical people from our Engineering and Delivery Teams and support them in their continuous development, which means that you will: 

• conduct regular 1:1, identify obstacles and help solve them,
• help people grow - establish development plans and goals, ensure the reality check on them,
• work with motivation and employee satisfaction challenges,
• participate in onboarding and offboarding processes,
• conduct performance review - analyze the competency matrix, explore feedback with peers,
• recommend promotions and prepare summary evaluations,
• be the first line of support in all personal decisions,
• work closely with Project Managers and Scrum Masters,
• popularize knowledge sharing by running internal initiatives,
• update people with the company's strategy and processes,
• conduct regular check-ins with Tech Leads to make sure both sides are aligned on common goals.
  

• you are experienced people professional (especially in development, coaching and communication area), be it through your experience as a Team Leader, Project Manager or HR specialist,
• you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you can ask in-depth questions and draw conclusions,
• you are a proactive, systematic and solution-focused person with agile approach to work,
• you believe in the ideas of constant development and continuous feedback,
• you have a good command of written and spoken English,
• you like challenges and you want to build this new role with us!
