what you'll do

You’ll be part of the lead generation team whilst strong cooperating with teams responsible for the content, business communication, sales, and employer branding.

 

The scope of your work will contain both domestic and international area activities. Moreover, you will utilize a wide range of paid search and paid social platforms (with complementary tools).  That creates a perfect field for developing digital marketing skills.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • setting up, optimizing, and analyzing SEM/performance/paid marketing campaigns
  • managing and optimizing the budget spend 
  • supporting the maintenance of web analytics toolset
  • measuring and reporting the effectiveness
  • executing and developing a process of lead data enrichment
  • optimizing the performance of our website and conversion paths

who you are

  • you have at least 1,5 years of Paid Media experience including implementation of SEM / PPC projects in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and complementary systems
  • experience with analytical tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Ads Editor, Google Sheets, etc.
  • you can talk us through the success (or the most appealing) story you had connected with approaches and tools you used for Paid Media
  • you have well-developed communication skills to explain to us the actions we should take and stop doing
  • hands-on experience in ad spend optimization, tactical planning
  • strong analytical skills and a data-driven attitude
  • you have an understanding of attribution modeling, marketing funnel stages, and mechanics of bidding strategies
  • knowledge of the latest trends in digital & performance marketing
  • you are fluent in both spoken and written English
