External Staffing Specialist

External Staffing Specialist is a new exciting opportunity within our Resource Management team. You will be responsible for end-to-end external contractors process, including:

• developing and maintaining a pool of trusted partner companies and freelancers
• re-designing, introducing and conducting a reliable vetting process
• taking care of a full contractor’s lifecycle (onboarding, 1:1s, development, retention, offboarding)
• conducting the process of negotiating and signing new agreements and order forms (supported by our legal team)
• being responsible for sustaining a required profitability level and controlling the payment process
• staying in touch with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are happy with the cooperation
• eventually, making decisions and advising in any vendor-related matter 

• at least 1 year in this position or 2 years as a Sourcer/Recruiter/Resource Manager/PM in IT
• broad knowledge about the IT market (technologies, roles, project types, companies)
• strong relationship building and negotiation skills - ability to network and quickly connect the dots
• willingness to perform HR-related tasks - decision making skills
• a very good command of English (at least C1)

• a developed network of partner companies you cooperated with
• ability to create a long-term vendor management strategy
• experience in reporting and advising to the C-level
