what you'll do

You’ll be part of our People&Culture team and create a seamless, end to end candidate experience across various touchpoints encompassing both online and offline channels. You’ll develop our recruitment marketing strategy by:

 

  • crafting experiences that will surprise and delight our candidates and ensuring that our value proposition is weaved into the entire candidate journey
  • communicating our brand in a positive, authentic way that will improve engagement and conversion
  • searching for new ways of reaching candidates
  • creating engaging job descriptions
  • defining and analyzing paid, owned and organic metrics and use that data to tell success stories and build best practices for future recruitment marketing strategies
  • helping our HR team connect with potential candidates in a meaningful way through CX and content creation
  • assisting with identifying employee stories, conceptualizing videos & produce shoots to build a content library
  • designing and planning recruiting events
  • serving as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • suggesting new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement

who you are

  • you’re experienced in Employer Branding, Recruiting, HR, Marketing or other creative fields
  • you understand recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
  • you know how to develop digital campaigns for social media and other digital interfaces for recruitment marketing and associated events
  • you have deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis
  • strong ability to integrate business needs into creative marketing campaigns and event activations
  • multitasking is your middle name
  • you know English at more than basic level (a must-have! you'll write and read in English ;))
  • you are a creative thinker and proactive problem solver

  • hands-on experience with recruitment marketing software
  • knowledge of what SEO is for and how to milk it
  • the ability to validate the effectiveness of content activities by using Google Analytics, Facebook, Linkedin, and Youtube stats
  • being up to date with the latest trends in marketing
  • creativity and can-do attitude
  • interest in technology and IT industry
  • innovation and open-mind to explore new tools, solutions, and ideas
