what you'll do

Being in a client-facing, post-sale role, as an account manager you’ll work with a dedicated group of clients for the length of the time the client stays with the company to help achieve his/her goals and represent Merixstudio.

You will be tasked with strengthening relationships with our existing clients, growing these accounts through identifying and creating new opportunities, as well as providing value as a trusted advisor. Your main areas of focus will be existing business retention and existing business growth where you’ll put a face to the client relationships and be the glue that connects Merixstudio and the client.

who you are

  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1).
  • Relevant or similar industry specific experience in business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiating abilities as well as relationship management. Ability to adjust style to different types of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while working in a team environment.
  • Outstanding sense for spotting business opportunities and ability to transform these opportunities into actual results.
  • Knowledge of sales cycle.
  • Proven record working with a wide range of international clients and managing multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Great problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Experience using Hubspot or other CRM (nice to have).
  • Mental flexibility, initiative and determination.
  • Willingness to travel.
