Krzysiek is a living and breathing Waldo of our software house- dude is running around the office and driving around the whole city all day every day doing a variety of tasks. Such a multitude of responsibilities, however, demands proper planning and preparation. And is there a better time to take care of them than the beginning of the year?

That's why he decided to finally manage the tangle of cables that have accumulated in our server room over the time. Not only did it allow him to feel proud after finishing the task that was constantly put off in time, but we could also post a satisfying makeover on our Instagram. And that's what we call starting the year on the right note!

Today is a day of special celebratation - Kiss a Ginger Day! 🦊 Our lovely ginges decided to earn a little cash and created a kissing booth - as you can see, the line couldn't fit in the chill room and was extended to the kitchen! Our company is not short of gingers - redheads are represented by Django Developer Piotrek, Business Developer Rory, and HR Manager Maciek. There are no redhaired ladies in our software house, so if you fit those criteria (and obviously know your stuff when it comes to working in the IT industry), I encourage you to check out our vacancies! ;)

But if we have three gingers among us, we need to make sure that they are celebrated. Everybody needs a bit of (platonic and HR friendly) appreciation! And what better day to do it than on Kiss a Ginger Day? As you can see, the line to the impromptu kissing (but not really) booth was quite long.

The number of gingers may change soon, but, for now, we're happy with how many people are in the PR Department. This month Anita and I were joined by Jarka, who felt right at home with her geeky hobbies and fun attitude. If she didn't, would she invite us for coffee? I guess not!

If you're reading it from places different than the sunny Silicon Valley, the chance is that you are in the same miserable position as we are when it comes to weather. Well, miserable may be an overstatement, but the lack of sunshine can make a girl tad dramatic!

But what better way to fight the winter blues than with a shedload of plants? That's why this month Ania, Marta, and Asia left GoDealla and Gdzie Promocja blog to make our office a bit greener. Now there are plants on each desk, in corridors, even on walls! And let me tell you, their effort paid off since the makeover was on everyone's lips for quite some time!

I've already mentioned that we've started the newsletter, but now it's time to talk deets!
