Synch1, Australian migration agents, challenged us with creation of completely new, fresh online experience. The process of acquiring a visa is long and complex – our aim was to communicate opposite – thanks to Synch1 services it is smooth and easy. Thus the focus was set on the forms.
In order to increase form conversion rates and minimize user confusion - the key success factor was careful form design and planning. Based on forms usability know-how and best web design practices the new forms considered every detail: bulletproofing achieved by defensive and effective form design (responsive error alerts, progress bar, live JavaScript validation) as well as well structured form data.
