If you want to describe this month, there's one word that sums it up quite nicely - it was really nice. The weather was (mostly) nice, the atmosphere was (obviously) nice, we've got some nice surprises, ale we were able to do a lot of nice things for other people. Below are few examples of what does it really mean:
A few nice ways to spend month when taking a break from web development
Unforgettable DevCollege Combo is unforgettable

If it's not the first time you read my summary, you probably know about DevCollege Combo, our whole-day event with workshops and presentions dedicated to everything related to software development. In April, we’ve held the second edition of DCC. We deemed it success - everyone seemed happy with the workshops and presentations, people stayed for quite a long time after hours to spend some time with us during the networking session. So we patted ourselves on the back and went on with usual work. However, to our surprise, this month one of the attendees, Grzegorz, set up his new blog, where he wrote about his experience of attending our event. We couldn’t be happier about it - check out for yourself what he wrote!
Run, Anita, run!

Our Running Team, which you may remember from this post, is far behind Anita, who's long distances put everyone to shame. This month our PR Manager represented our software house at a charity run, which was organised at a local festival. The goal of the event was to gather money for Norbert, a boy dealing with a lam disease. But running is not the only way you can help little Norbert - check out his Facebook page to find out what you can do.
How to treat your Business Analyst 101

How can you know that you are doing a good job? Well, receiving a big bouquet and three goodie bags from your client is a great indicator! It's obviously not a surprise that the recipient of this gift was Magda, our Business Analyst - you only need a minute conversation with her to see how nice and funny she is. But that's obviously not all - first and foremost, this lady knows her stuff when it comes to business! Magda, you deserved it, there's none better than you!
The nice truth is finally out!

In the last summary of the month, I mentioned that we were up to no good and bought a trampoline. In this summary, I can finally tell you more about it! In the last couple of years, it became quite a normal occurrence for our software house to organize a charitable action. Obviously, last month we wanted to give something back when celebrating Children's Day, but also to make it more fun than simply chipping in. That's why we've decided to create an auction in our office.
Plenty of people decided to give up a variety of things for an auction, such as working from COOs office for a day, baking a delicious cake, and many, many more. With that we were able to gather a few thousand złoty, fulfil the DPS św. Rocha Poznań dreams of having a big trampoline in their garden, and buy a whole car trunk of some necessary goods. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out - there's nothing better than giving back to the community! See, I meant it when I said it was a nice month!
A nice compliment can't go amiss!

You know that we are proud of our high scores on Clutch. It's especially rewarding when you consider that it's based on the client's reviews - after all, it's their opinion that matters the most! This month Clutch announced their list of the leading B2B Service Providers in Poland and we're proud to say that we're on it! This kind of recognition is what gives us the energy to work harder and better, so be prepared for even more fascinating products and solutions!
