We flew from the wings of positive feedback and willingness to share our knowledge, so we decided to organized another Dev College workshops. Like always we did it togehter with AKAI. On Friday, December 4, the participants were able to learn something about Drupal - one of the most popular open source CMS.

Michał and Marcin began with a short presentation introducing the uninitiated intricacies of Drupal. Our "students" could learn a little bit about the CMS, its components and configuration. I thnik everyone will remember one really important thing from this part of the workshop, kind of motto: "do not touch the core of Drupal!" :) It always ends badly.

After a theoretical introductuion, it was time for what the developers like the most - the participants could put the theory into pratice and face up to Drupal modules. The main goal was to write the module that creates a site containing a list of content and form used to filtering that list.

Dev College has its tradition which is of course pizza! So we had to have pizza also this time. Some part of time was given over eating, chatting and exchanging experiences. As it turns out, our workshops are not only an opportunity to learn something new and improve your skills, but also to make new friends during little networking.

We wanto to give you a little rest just before Christmas, so you will have some time for Christmas shopping. Since the New Year we'll get cracking and organize another workshops. Stay tuned and look for more information on our Facebook profile and the website.
